The financial investment will cost you between $20,000 and $70,000. It does not include your time and wages to chemists. $20,000 is the cost if you do it all on a very low budget, you buy the second-hand equipment, and have skills and expertise to do everything yourself.
If you want to have the lab ASAP, all equipment is expected to be brand new, and you have a budget to delegate the work to contractors, then the cost can be as high as $70,000.
